Therapy Details and Prices
Here is a list of the services I provide and the pricing. Please don't hesitate to contact me for a free initial assessment or more information.
Face to Face Sessions
£40 for 50 minutes at my home office.
Online Sessions
£40 for 50 minutes.
Done through teams, zoom, WhatsApp and any other face time apps.
This also includes text sessions if you prefer.
Telephone Sessions
£40 for a 50 minute session and I will require your phone number.
Couples Online Sessions
If you would like an initial individual session first, it is £40 each. This is an opportunity for me to speak to you both separately and establish ground work for healthy communication.
£60 for 50 minutes.
Family Sessions
£60 for a 1 hour session.
£80 for a 2 hour session.
This can be done online or through a home visit if you are located in the Mansfield area.
Group Sessions
I offer group sessions, prices may vary depending on room bookings and other factors.
I also offer online group sessions.
